Servicepoint

The service point is located in the entrance area of the business center on the east side of the Merkur Arena (sectors 1-7). At the service point, you can pick up tickets that have been reserved and get all the information you need about on day and season tickets. Important: Tickets cannot be purchased at the service point.

Opening hours:

Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m.- 12:00 a.m.
Friday: 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
On match days: 2 hours before kickoff
