The crowdfunding campaign for the construction of the Training and Youth Development Centre in Puntigam

THE FUTURE OF BLACK & WHITE!

SK Sturm Graz is building a state-of-the-art training and youth development centre in Puntigam for youth teams, the academy, and women’s football. On the site of the former golf course, three pitches will be created, including a main natural grass pitch with a 500-seat grandstand, two artificial turf pitches, a fun court, and modern LED floodlight systems.

The central building will offer around 3,000 m² of top-level infrastructure, including ten changing rooms, physiotherapy and strength-training areas, an indoor football hall with a grandstand, office spaces, and a spacious canteen with terrace.

Thanks to a photovoltaic system, air-source heat pumps, and e-charging stations, the project also represents a strong commitment to sustainable construction. Total investment amounts to EUR 16.2 million, supported in part by the Province of Styria and the City of Graz.

The location is ideal, close to HIB Liebenau, Messendorf, and the club’s headquarters. Construction began in autumn 2025, with completion scheduled for autumn 2026.
