Inclusion ambassador

Definition

SK Puntigamer Sturm Graz offers fans with disabilities a wide range of services. In cooperation with the Fanservice, a dedicated Inclusive Sturm Embassy is the contact point for wishes, needs, suggestions and criticism. The aim of this working group is to make the ‘Sturm experience’ as accessible as possible for everyone.

The inclusion ambassadors Dr Harald Hochstrasser, Matthias Grasser, Sascha Rossmann, Christian Moik, Kathrin Neuhold, Stefan Pflanzl, Sebastian Sulzbacher, Michael Urschitz and Emanuel Zündel can report on their own experiences of attending matches and day-to-day club life (buying tickets and fan merchandise, attending events, etc.).

The inclusion ambassadors are available to provide advice and support to all people with disabilities. Their concerns are addressed in direct dialogue with the club - the contact persons for inclusion are Dominik Neumann and Anton Luster (both work in Fanservice) - and implemented depending on the general conditions. Improvements in this area - if they are possible - are very important to us. A separate contact option has been set up with the e-mail address inklusion@sksturm.at.

Some improvements have already been made, especially for people in wheelchairs, for example with regard to signposting and accessibility of the sanitary facilities
